Description

The purpose of this course is to establish the foundation upon which the remainder of the Facilitating Webex courses are built. Regardless of your role, this course will provide a comprehensive introduction to the essential tasks everyone should be aware of within the Cisco Webex platform. Students will be guided through “hands-on” activities to learn how to perform these essential tasks and will be encouraged to interact with the instructor and moderator (when present) to understand why these essential tasks are performed.
