Successful completion of FWE: Facilitating Webex Essentials is prerequisite before attending this course. This course builds upon FWE: Facilitating Webex Essentials. The purpose of this course is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the tasks associated with moderating a Cisco Webex session. Students will be guided through “hands-on” activities to learn how to perform these tasks and will be encouraged to interact with the instructor and moderator (when present) to understand why these tasks are performed.
