The purpose of this course is to provide a comprehensive introduction to the tasks associated with troubleshooting a Cisco Webex session. This course applies to multiple roles, such as tech support, help desk, and more. Students will be guided through four modules of “hands-on” activities to learn how to perform these tasks and will be encouraged to interact with the instructor and moderator (when present) to understand why these tasks are performed.
