Description
Students will learn how to efficiently deploy and optimize Meraki MR/CW Access Points. Students will Survey, Optimize and Configure Wireless Networks, Manage AP Firmware, Create Heatmaps, Wireless Templates, SSIDs, Wireless Security, Wireless RF Settings, and Channel Management.
Student will then Monitor and Troubleshoot Wireless APs, Wireless Clients, Capture and Troubleshoot Wireless Flows, Troubleshoot Wireless Health using AI Optimized Troubleshooting, Network Service Health to troubleshoot Network Issues such as Radius, Cisco ISE, DNS, and DHCP.
Students will also learn how to configure the Meraki APIs, Integrations, and Meraki Integration with Cisco Spaces.
Objectives
Following completion of this course, students will understand the following:
- Navigate and Configure the Organization settings, Wireless Networks
- Learn AP Models, Antennas, and Placement using Site Surveys
- Design a Meraki Wireless Network using Meraki best practices
- Perform Site Surveys with Cisco Meraki CW/MR APs
- Manage AP Firmware Upgrades
- Configure Network Switches for Meraki Wireless Networks
- Learn to optimize Radio Settings, Channel Management, and Roaming Settings

- Manage/Configure/Integrate Users and Radius Policies
